TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PARKER DAYS 2026
Definitions
By submitting this application, the Applicant (referred to herein as “Applicant,” “You” and “Your”, and which shall be considered binding on the entity for which the application is being made) is agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein in addition to the policies enumerated in the Parker Days Festival Marketplace Applicant Handbook provided to you under separate cover. The Parker Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation ("PACCF”) and the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce "PACC”) reserve the right to deny any applicant for failing to meet the standards set forth in the application, for failing to adhere to PACCF policy, or as otherwise set forth in these terms and conditions, and the Parker Days Festival Marketplace Applicant Handbook, including not a good fit for the festival.
As used herein, the terms “Parker Days Festival”, “event” and “festival” shall all mean the multi-day event as described on the application attached to these terms and conditions. The term “festival management” shall refer to any person who has been given authority by the PACCF to enforce these terms and conditions during the event.
Insurance Requirements/Certificate of Insurance Due within 10 Days of Acceptance
Accepted vendors are required to provide (email to:
[email protected]) a Certificate of Insurance for the period 12:01 a.m. 6/11/2026 to 11:59 p.m. 6/14/2026 evidencing the following coverages, within 10 days of acceptance, or purchase the required insurance through Henry Ham Insurance Agency (a link will be provided). No exceptions. If we do not receive a certificate of insurance within 10 days of our notice of acceptance, your application may be cancelled and a $50 administrative fee will be deducted from your original payment. You may reapply, but will first be required to purchase insurance through Henry Ham Agency. All vendors wishing to apply after March 15, 2026 will be required to purchase insurance through Henry Ham Insurance Agency. A purchase link will be provided.

As a Parker Days Festival vendor, you hereby agree to abide by all the rules, regulations, policies, procedures, guidelines, schedules and operation rules relating to the Parker Days Festival. Parker Days Festival ("PDF"), The Parker Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation ("PACCF"), the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce ("PACC") and the Town of Parker are not responsible for any damage or loss on your behalf. It is each vendor’s sole responsibility to protect your goods/products from damage or theft and yourself from physical accidents.
As a Parker Days Festival vendor, you hereby agree to indemnify against all third party claims, and hold harmless, Parker Days Festival ("PDF"), The Parker Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation ("PACCF"), the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce ("PACC") and the Town of Parker and each of their directors, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors and volunteers (the “Released Parties”) against any and all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses arising out of your participation and/or presence at the festival, including without limitation any damage, injury or death, whether or not such damage, injury or death was caused by the actions or omissions of the Released Parties. This indemnification and release shall be binding on the organizational entity as well as the individuals running your booth at the event. By submitting this application, you are agreeing that you have the authority to bind your organization and each of its respective employees/volunteers.
In the event you bring a lawsuit against any of the Released Parties in connection with your participation in the event, you hereby agree to pay for all attorney’s fees and costs of such Released Party.
As a Parker Days Festival vendor, you are aware that overnight security will be minimal and that all goods of value should be removed from the grounds each night. The decision to remove or not remove any products when you are not in attendance at your assigned booth rests solely with you. Parker Days Festival ("PDF"), The Parker Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation ("PACCF"), the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce ("PACC") and the Town of Parker are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods.
As a Parker Days Festival vendor, you understand and agree that the Parker Days Festival Management may revoke any of your rights as a participant and require you to leave the festival site with no refund given for violation of any of the festival rules, regulations, policies, procedures, guidelines, fee schedules and/or operations of the festival, or for causing disruption to festival operations.
You agree that all disputes related to this application shall be litigated in the County of Douglas, State of Colorado, and that Colorado law shall apply.
Waiver of any of these terms and conditions by Parker Days Festival ("PDF"), The Parker Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation ("PACCF"), the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce ("PACC") and the Town of Parker shall not release you from any other obligations hereunder, and all other terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
By signing below you agree that these terms and conditions may be modified at any time and from time to time, and that by participating in the event you agree to be bound by any such modified terms and conditions.
By signing this online application, I acknowledge that the information submitted on this application for participation in the 2026 Parker Days Festival is true and correct. By signing below I also acknowledge that I have read and understand these terms and conditions, and the rules, regulations, policies, procedures, guidelines, application, schedules and operations outlined in the Parker Days Festival Marketplace Applicant Handbook and application package and that all information included in this application package are part of this contract, cannot be modified except in writing and with the express consent of and signed by Festival Management.
